ClosedRouter

We make no promises of quality, performance, uptime, privacy, or security.

ClosedRouter is a completely free hobby project that routes your AI requests to various models because the creator thought it would be fun. It is offered strictly “as is” and “as available,” with zero guarantees of any kind. The service may work great today and explode tomorrow. Or disappear entirely. We reserve the right to break everything at any moment without notice, apology, or refund (there is no refund because it’s free).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using ClosedRouter, you agree to every word written here.

2. Who We Are

We are not a company. We have no employees. We have no support desk.

3. What You Can (and Can’t) Do

You can use ClosedRouter for literally anything you want. Personal projects, research, shitposting, generating cursed fanfiction — go wild.

You cannot:

  • Sue us (good luck)
  • Hold us responsible for any output, damage, loss, trauma, existential dread, or legal trouble your usage causes
  • Expect us to care if your API keys get leaked, your prompts get logged, or your data gets yeeted into the void

4. Privacy (Lol)

We might log your requests. We might not. We might sell them to the highest bidder (we won’t, but we could, and you agreed we could). We might forget they exist. There is no privacy policy because privacy is a suggestion, not a feature. Use at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

Anything you generate belongs to you (or the model’s creators, or whoever). We claim zero ownership. We also claim zero responsibility if you use it to make something that gets you in trouble.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (which, let’s be honest, is basically all of it), ClosedRouter and its creator are not liable for anything. Not for direct damages, indirect damages, special damages, punitive damages, or emotional damages.

We are not liable even if we are proven negligent, reckless, or just plain dumb.

If any part of this disclaimer is illegal in your country, that part is automatically replaced with the minimum legal requirement and the rest stays in full force.

7. Changes to the Terms

We can change these terms whenever we feel like it. We probably won’t even tell you. If you keep using the service after we change them, you agree to the new ones. Simple.

8. Termination

We can ban you, rate-limit you, or shut the whole thing down for any reason or no reason. You can stop using it whenever you want.
